Yes, all of the earring posts used are either sterling silver, 14kt gold filled or surgical steel.

All Michelle Ross jewellery is hand made by a small team in Toronto. The raw materials and components are sourced locally, nationally and internationally.

Each piece is made by hand in our studio, so there may be slight variations from piece to piece. Any piece that may come with noticeable variations, will be so identified in the product description. Please be aware that the stones and pearls we use are natural and unique, so colour and shape may vary slightly from stone/pearl to stone/pearl.

We specialize in small production and one-of-a-kind jewellery. Our pieces are not mass produced, making each design a little more unique.

We will accommodate custom orders whenever possible.  Just email your request to customerservice@mnross.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final.

Yes! Just indicate that you would like your order gift-wrapped in the order notes and if you like, you can also enter a personalized note for us to include with the gift. Knowing that it is a gift, no invoice will be included in the shipment.

Generally, we try to offer different pieces on MNROSS.COM than in stores. This is to maintain the uniqueness between the pieces offered online and in the stores.

Please contact us at customerservice@mnross.com if you do not receive your package after a reasonable period of time. Michelle Ross Design is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire after your package.

All flash sale, promotional, and sample sale purchases are final, with no returns accepted.
