Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming your intent to purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract and orders may be canceled at any time by Michelle Ross Design due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as seen fit. Please note that Michelle Ross Design shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled by Michelle Ross Design, a refund will be granted.

The Michelle Ross logo, designs, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials (collectively, “Michelle Ross Design Intellectual Property”) are owned by Michelle Ross Design and may be registered in Canada, the United States and internationally. You agree not to display or use the Michelle Ross Design Intellectual Property in any manner without Michelle Ross Design’s prior permission.
