Upon placing your order, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail with the total dollar amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges. Canadian customers will pay GST/HST according to their provincial rate. US and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective jurisdictions; payment of these taxes/duties may be necessary before your order will be released from customs.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. You will be notified once your order has been shipped; we will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
Please note that once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes or accept any cancellations. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Michelle Ross Design is not responsible for packages that are lost*, damaged in transit, or stolen upon delivery. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio.
*Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, we often find they do show up. If your package is lost or stolen, our first and best recommendation is to file a claim with the postal service used to ship; then, contact us to let us know. We will do our very best to help you!

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
CANADA
Shipping is free for all orders of CAD $100 or more sent via Canada Post. Orders under CAD $100 will be charged a $12 shipping fee. A faster service is available via UPS for $45. All domestic shipments with contents valued at $500 or more require a signature. All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Shipping Methods:
Local Delivery
We are now offering same day or next day local delivery for orders placed Tuesday - Friday that are to be delivered within a 20km radius of the Michelle Ross studio (using courier service DLVVR) for CAD $9.99 + HST, or complimentary for all orders over $300. Orders placed before 2pm, Tuesday - Friday will be delivered the same day; orders placed after 2pm or on Saturday – Monday will be delivered on the next business day. You will be notified once the order has been dispatched and be contacted by the DLVVR driver (a Zoomr) by phone prior to delivery.
USA
Shipping is free for all orders of CAD $100 or more sent via USPS. Orders under CAD $100 will be charged a $12 shipping fee. All shipments with contents valued at $500 or more require a signature. All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Shipping Methods:
INTERNATIONAL
Overseas orders will be charged a standard shipping fee ranging from CAD $40 to CAD $80 depending on the value of the order. A faster service is available via DHL for CAD $75. All shipments with contents valued at $500 or more require a signature. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Please note additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country’s specific requirements and are your responsibility to pay. We have no control over these charges. Therefore, they are not included in Michelle Ross Design's shipping prices.

— COVID-19 Shipping Policy Update —
As a result of COVID-19, our shipping procedures have changed. We will be shipping packages once a week to adhere to social distancing measures and to limit our interactions with the public. Even though Canada Post and USPS are operating normally, please expect extra transit time once your package has been shipped. Also, to help limit your interactions with the public and to adhere to new policies by Canada Post and USPS, your packages will ship without a signature.
