All International and US orders are final sale, no returns.

All items purchased with a promotional or discount code, flash sales, made-to-order pieces, and sample sales are final sale, no returns.


FOR CANADIAN FULL PRICED ONLINE & IN PERSON PURCHASES:

Please consider that each Michelle Ross piece is made in small quantities or may be one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we do not provide cash refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your purchase for a credit note, which can be applied to a future purchase online or in-studio.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable return requests, such as for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE CANADIAN PURCHASES

For all online purchases, return requests for full priced items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 7 days of approval, otherwise the return is no longer eligible. All returns originally shipped with free shipping will be subject to a $12 restocking fee, even if returned in person. 

Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a credit note in the form of a gift card (minus a $12 restocking fee if originally shipped with free shipping) within 7 days of our receipt of your return. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All packages must be sent with a tracking number and, for your protection, the item(s)(including the originally jewellery box) should be returned in the original or comparable packaging. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Contact us HERE to submit your return request. Your request must include contact info, order # or full name of purchaser, date of purchase and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Do not send your return to us until you have received our confirmation that your return request has been accepted. Any returns sent back without following these protocols will not be accepted.

RETURNS FOR IN STUDIO & LOCAL PICK-UP PURCHASES

Returns for all in studio and local pick-up purchases must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a credit note in the form of a gift card.

Please make an appointment or check our studio hours before visiting the studio to ensure it is open.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable return requests, such as for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

PLEASE NOTE: If you received a piece as a gift, the return request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date (for in studio purchases) or pick-up date (for curbside pick-ups).


REPAIRS

For all repair inquiries, please email customerservice@mnross.com. Assuming that you have properly cared for your product, we will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase free of charge.

Michelle Ross Design reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs.


GENERAL 

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable requests for returns, such as where items have been worn, damaged, or altered.

We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases and do not price match.
