We are looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude, has an interest in fashion and style, a people person who is detail oriented, proficient in written communication, organized and will contribute to the success of the brand.
The Studio Manager will be responsible for customer service, processing & fulfilling orders, shipping, keeping track of inventory, quality control, contributing to content for social media and running errands within downtown Toronto.
CUSTOMER & STORE RELATIONS
-Labelling and packaging orders with care
-Responding to e-mails and phone messages, addressing customer and store inquiries
-Greeting all in-store customers to ensure everyone feels welcome and cared for
-Develop and cultivate strong relationships with both customers and wholesale accounts through one-on-one interactions whether in person or online.
-Wholesale account management, including invoicing, following up on payments and store requests (such as photos, support materials, etc.)
-Performing store opening and closing tasks
-Maintaining general organization and cleanliness of studio space
MARKETING & ONLINE MANAGEMENT
-Ensuring website stock is up-to-date
-Upon request, assistance with newsletter and website management
-Liaising with stylists regarding “stylist pulls” from MRS’s collections
-Seeking out appropriate press opportunities
ADMINISTRATIVE
-Running errands in the Toronto downtown core
-Supporting bookkeeper by providing receipts and reports as needed
-Pricing calculations for new and as needed current products
-Miscellaneous administrative tasks
