Order Processing & Shipping
DURING THE CANADA POST STRIKE, ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH UPS OR OTHER ALTERNATIVE CARRIERS. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR ORDERS TO REACH YOU.
Upon placing your order, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail with the total dollar amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges. Canadian customers will pay GST/HST according to their provincial rate. US and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective jurisdictions; payment of these taxes/duties may be necessary before your order will be released from customs.
Please note shipping is not covered for custom orders

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. You will be notified once your order has been shipped; we will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
Please note that once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes or accept any cancellations. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Michelle Ross Design is not responsible for packages that are lost*, damaged in transit, or stolen upon delivery. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio.
*Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, we often find they do show up. If your package is lost or stolen, our first and best recommendation is to file a claim with the postal service used to ship; then, contact us to let us know. We will do our very best to help you!
All timelines given are estimates and will vary depending on where the order is being delivered.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
CANADA
Shipping is complimentary for all orders of CAD $100 or more sent via Canada Post or another reputable carrier. Orders under CAD $100 will be charged a $12 shipping fee. A faster service is available via UPS for $45. All domestic shipments with contents valued at $500 or more require a signature. All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Shipping Methods:
- Canada Post Expedited: expected delivery 3 to 14 days
- UPS ($45): expected delivery 3 days
USA
Shipping is complimentary for all orders of CAD $100 or more sent via USPS. Orders under CAD $100 will be charged a $12 shipping fee. All shipments with contents valued at $500 or more require a signature. All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Shipping Methods:
- USPS: expected delivery 3 to 14 days
INTERNATIONAL
Overseas orders will be charged a standard shipping fee ranging from CAD $40 to CAD $80 depending on the value of the order. A faster service is available via DHL for CAD $75. All shipments with contents valued at $500 or more require a signature. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Please note additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country’s specific requirements and are your responsibility to pay. We have no control over these charges. Therefore, they are not included in Michelle Ross Design's shipping prices.
Shipping Methods:
Canada Post: expected delivery 10 to 28 days
- Standard International A (Order Value CAD $300 and below): $40
- Standard International B (Order Value CAD $301 to $600): $60
- Standard International C (Order Value CAD $601 and above): $80
- DHL: expected delivery 2 to 9 days.

SHIP WITH MINIMAL PACKAGING
We invite you to reduce packaging waste by opting for minimal packaging.
At check out, you are able to choose to receive minimal packaging. If you choose this option, we will ensure your pieces are well protected but shipped with as little packaging material as possible. We always ship in at least one jewellery box, however if there are multiple pieces within your order, we may include more than one item in a box while carefully protecting each piece included. For minimal packaging, no additional branded content such as bio cards, belly band or a thank you note will be included. The packing slip will always be included in the shipment.
